Metaphysical Gatherings |
These gatherings are also known as "Bridges of Light" or "Bridge Parties".

Hold a metaphysical gathering of your own! |
|
Here's all you need to do: |
|
Invite your friends to bring their crystals, rocks, stones and/or other sacred objects such as candles and flowers to your house for the party. |
|
Arrange the crystals, rocks, stones and other objects into whatever pattern suggests itself. |
|
When the arrangement is done, gather around it in a circle. Join hands (right hand palm down and left hand palm up). At this point the host, or whomever is comfortable doing so, should say a prayer. The prayer can be passed around the circle so that everyone has an opportunity to add their blessing to the "bridge". |
|
Now have everyone in the circle visualize light coming down from the heavens and then flowing through the arrangement such that all of the objects are joined by beams of light. Visualize the light flowing from the arrangement down into the earth. Meditate in silence for a minute or two. Follow the meditation with chanting, drumming, toning or whatever feels comfortable. |
|
Through this activation we bring the light of the heavens down through the mandala and direct the energy into Mother Earth, thus building a "bridge" between heaven and earth. |
|
Now that the bridge has been activated, place a chair near it, and take turns sitting in the chair and feeling the flow of energy. This can lead to very intense experiences and profound personal revelations. |
   And finally, have a potluck and celebrate!!! |
